Journalist Nabin Giri honoured with ‘Best Active Youth Journalism Award 2079’

Nabin Giri, president of Online TV Nepal, has been honoured with the Active Youth Journalism Award 2079 BS.

Reporters Club Nepal presented the award to Giri at a special ceremony organized on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of its establishment on Friday. Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ handed over a letter of honour to Giri.

Giri, who started his journalism from Birgunj, is currently working in his own media. Giri, who has a special writing in the field of art, was elected as a member of the Film Journalists Association in 2076 BS.

He has been elected as the secretary of the Film Journalists Association election held a month ago. Giri, who has been active in journalism for a decade, has gained experience in newspapers, radio, TV, online and various media.

Reporters Club Nepal honoured Giri for playing an important role in the institutional development and promotion of film journalism. Giri, who is the secretary of the Film Journalists Association, is also the secretary of The Hazaria Social Service. He started journalism in 2067
